ANIL ARORA

Anil Arora is Founding Partner at Aetos. Aetos is a result driven, business growth accelerator, providing capital and advisory services to logistics and warehousing firms, MSME, technology and early-stage businesses.

Anil recognized an opportunity in logistics services back in the early 90’s and after having set up multiple large-scale warehousing facilities, he founded M J Logistic Services Ltd. (MJLSL), in 2005.

He went on to build MJLSL into a leading logistics and cold chain services provider in India, catering to reputed national and international companies. In 2018, Anil exited MJLSL as Managing Director along with his institutional investors, who brought in the capital to scale and pioneer many firsts in the logistics industry.

He has been a key member of the CII Logistics Advisory Council since 2010, a founding member of the Centre for Cold Chain Development and on PHDCC’s Logistic Management task force to Germany, amongst other notable mentions.

Anil has pursued his executive education from Harvard Business School and Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

In his free time, he is an avid biker and explorer, keen on ‘Moving India’ like never before.

CAPT. JATIN SHARMA

Captain Jatin Sharma is a founding member and head of Consulting at Aetos, a result driven, business growth accelerator, providing capital and advisory services to logistics firms, MSME and early-stage businesses. Capt. Sharma leads all facets of the Aetos Consulting engagement with its clients, from setting strategy, forming & managing strategic partnerships to helping them unlock their growth potential.

Capt. Sharma began his career as an officer with the Indian Army where he received training in logistics management and executed large scale mission critical assignments. He further honed his skills, working at India’s most reputed logistics companies like M J Logistic Services Ltd. and Mahindra Logistics.

A government certified supply chain professional, Capt. Sharma holds a B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Delhi University and has earned an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow and an advanced certificate in Supply Chain Management (SCM) from the CII Institute of Logistics.

Outside of work, CJS is a fitness enthusiast and has steered basketball teams at his University and Army unit.

RISHI BHATNAGAR

A lawyer by qualification, Rishi specialises in corporate advisory, infrastructure projects, regulatory and structuring issues particularly with respect to investments. He has advised a number of clients on issues relating to cross border mergers and acquisition of assets. Also has considerable dispute resolution experience with active litigation exposure.

Has substantial work experience in relation to the admission of companies/funds with businesses in India on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and Private Equity transactions.

During his time, at Olswang LLP, London (Now CMS Law), had been at the forefront of capital markets and transaction advisory to a variety of Indian, UK and European clients. Deal origination and execution has been of particular interest and Indian cross border transactions a specialisation.

Member of the Bar Council of India and contributes regularly to Indian publications on legal and policy issues.

Rishi is currently working to reduce his carbon footprint.

CA JAI KUMAR MANSHARAMANI

Chartered Accountant by qualification, Jai has rich experience in various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation and financial management. In terms of various industry segments have provided advisory services to key players in Infrastructure, Telecom, Agro based, Health care, Technology, Biotech, Research, Hospitality, Education and Logistics & Supply Chain.

Jai has supported clients in an early-stage startups as well as companies “on the bubble.” He has worked with global companies for their India entry strategy and also for Indian companies planning to expand offshore. On “ICAI Panel of Arbitrators”. Widely travelled professional with global footprints

His Specialties include Alternate Dispute Resolution, Business Process re-engineering, Disruption & Transition Management, Structuring and Corporate strategies compliant with laws of the land.
